Open Consignment Horse Sale

These are the consigned riding horses

for our next horse sale on January 14 2024. There will be more horses sell that haven't been posted yet. 

Horse sale will start after our Regular Weighup Sale around 2:00 PM MT. Riding horses will sell first and loose horses will sell after.

1/4 Draft Gelding

10 yr old, 1/4 draft, gelding! He is a been there done that horse! He has a huge motor and will cover a lot of country with ease. He will drag calves everyday of the week. He is all cowboy and can get a touch chargey when roping back to back but, nothing that is out of control. He's been used during the summer months catching bulls and strays. Current owner has several young horses that need rode, so he needs a new home. No buck/No kick/No bite! Sane/Sound/Safe. Videos on Facebook!

"OLENAS DRY DIAMOND"

18 yr old, mare, with extensive experience in all aspects of ranch work. "Diamond " has drug calves, sorted, done all jobs at the salebarns, barrels, ranch rodeos, and has done a lot of pasture roping. She hasn't ran the barrels for sometime but, can still run them! "Diamond" is definitely the "go to" for sorting cattle, she's quick, and cowy! No buck, No bite, No kick. She very athletic and is not a beginners horse.

"Flax"

6yr old, grade, gelding. "Flax" stands 15 hands and weighs 1150#. He is gentle and has been used in the stockyards. He is sound and well made.

All horses being sold as RIDING HORSES whether coming from IN state or OUT of state must be accompanied with a current Coggins.   

South Dakota Horses

All horses coming from South Dakota must come to the sale with a South Dakota brand inspection. To schedule a brand inspection, please call the South Dakota brand office.
